The Details
Insurance, payment and cancellation
Insurance
We are not in network with insurance plans. We provide the paperwork clients need to seek reimbursement from their insurer, and most clients receive some reimbursement.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted at time of service.
Reduced Fees
Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.
Cancellation
We hold a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full session fee.

We confirm fit, answer questions about fees, and offer appointment times in the office or online.
Paperwork, Then Session One
Intake forms are completed before you arrive so the first session is spent on the two of you.
