Kathryn has spent nearly two decades in the counseling industry and has pretty much seen it all. She works with couples who are tired of circling the same conflict and want someone to tell them plainly what is happening and what to do about it. Her office is a no judgment zone: her style is warm and direct, and you will get honest feedback and specific things to try before the next session.
Her work is Gottman informed and cognitive behavioral, applied to the ordinary pressures that wear on a marriage: careers, children, money, extended family and the years that pass without anyone noticing.
She sees couples and individuals in the Cole Avenue office in Dallas and online for clients located anywhere in Texas.
