Information We Collect

This website collects only the information you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. We also keep standard server records of website visits.

Please do not include sensitive clinical details in the contact form. It is a general inquiry form and is not a secure clinical channel.

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, answer questions about fees and scheduling, and arrange an appointment. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Protected Health Information

Information created in the course of counseling is protected health information and is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided in your intake paperwork. Records are released only with your written authorization or where disclosure is required by Texas law, including risk of harm to self or others and suspected abuse of a child, an elderly person or a person with a disability.

Email and Text Messages

Email and text messages are convenient but are not fully secure. We use them for scheduling and administrative matters only, and we recommend the same.
